Please Somebody Help Me Save My Relationship

The reality is, that the best cure for heartache is to find the main cause of the problem, do something to fix it, learn from it, and move on. We all must learn from past mistakes and take the necessary steps to make sure we don't repeat the same mistakes again, or fall into the same old patterns. Here are just a few tips on how to move towards a possible reconciliation.
Look at yourself and your relationship. Are you able to get back into the relationship and be a positive influence? Do you know where you went wrong the first time? Were you negative, or did you have destructive behavior that damaged the relationship? Could you have done anything better, or maybe even done things differently? You also need to determine if your partner is also willing to put forth the same effort in order to save your relationship. If you both feel the same, and your both on the same page, you there is a good chance of salvaging your relationship.
Now that you have figured out the problems that caused strain on your relationship and accepted what role you had in it, you can try to discuss it rationally with your partner. Be open and honest with each other and Talk it over calmly. Express the feelings and concerns that you have, but remember to listen closely to what your partner says. In order to have success of any reconciliation, good listening skill are crucial. You need to be willing to listen and refrain from any sudden emotional outbursts. For instance, If your partner tells you something you don't like or want to hear, you must do your best to remain calm and in control of yourself. It might be hard to listen to your partners views on what has happened, and accept it. So,if you truly want to restore your relationship, the air must be cleared, and everything must come out in the open. Saving a relationship isn't going to happen overnight. So give it time.
Love doesn't always work in a straightforward way and to have problems in a relationship is totally normal. You must always be tough enough to endure the challenges, as a couple, if you want the relationship to work. The strongest bonds in any relationship are those created by crying and laughter. So have fun and always be there for one other. The future is unpredictable and only time will tell if the two of you were meant to walk down the aisle together
